About the Job:
We are looking for a responsible individual who enjoys working with children. As a frontline at Terry Chew Academy also requires you to be meticulous, positive and organized.
  • 4 Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 1 Weekend: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Scope:
  • No experience required, training is provided.
  • Learn to use customised back-end software to meet the company's business needs & improve efficiency where appropriate.
  • Perform front desk duties including handling inquiries, student registration and class scheduling.
  • Liaise with coaches for scheduled classes.
  • Ensure that the whole space is well maintained.
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese.
  • Good learning attitude.
  • Multitasking and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently and collectively as a team.
